Information entered into a search tool is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. That provider processes the query and returns any result. Lamar County Court Docket does not store or log the terms entered in the tool.

Messages sent by email may be retained so a reply can be made. They remain within the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

This resource does not host, compile, maintain, or sell a database of Lamar County court dockets or personal case records. It provides general directions to the Circuit Clerk, Chancery Clerk, Justice Court, municipal courts, and the account-based PAMEC access layer. It is not a consumer reporting agency and does not assemble visitor information into consumer reports.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside providers operate the search boxes. Information submitted to those tools is subject to the provider's privacy policy, retention rules, and sharing practices, not this policy. Review the provider's policy before sending a query.

Links may lead to clerk, court, PAMEC, legal-aid, or third-party services. Once a visitor leaves this site, the receiving service's privacy policy applies. Review it before sharing personal information.
